The Meat Judging Contest is open to all Texas junior exhibitors. There is no limit to the number of teams a 4-H club or FFA chapter may enter. The following classes will be judged: six beef grading carcasses, six placing classes, two sets of questions, and a written exam which will include twenty-five, two point questions. Contestants must bring their own white frocks, hard hats, proper foot wear, and hair nets to wear during the contest. Registration: 7 AM Contest: 8 AM
